ICT in Music Education

ICTMusicEducation
ICT in Music Education is a project co-funded by the European Union, through the ERASMUS + Programme.

The project will enhance the comprehension of music teaching, skills and values that improve cognitive, affective, and psychomotor skills, thus improving the world perception. Students learn about the symbols used to represent sound and develop a deeper understanding of musical creation and its appreciation. Through performance, listening and composing music, it’s intended that they can develop their creativity and aesthetic sensibility in the study of music.

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) will serve as an essential basis for musical experiences and exploration of similarities, differences and diversity among citizens. The target group are adults willing to learn and make music with the help of ICT. The training will last 75 hours.

APCC will enroll 26 people with disabilities, already selected, in ICT , Music Education and Composition training.

Seminars, courses and meetings with professionals and adults are planned. The goal is to raise awareness of the potential of Information and Communication Technologies in music teaching.
